Local sales locations in Japan: Namba Station (2F Service Center, *The 3F ticket counter at Namba Station is currently closed for business), Shin-Imamiya Station, Tenga-chaya Station, Sakai Station, Izumisano Station, Rinku Town Station, Kansai Airport Station, and Sakai Higashi Station. You must present your passport with a stamp or sticker of your short-term stay in Japan at the time of purchase.

Please insert the ticket into an automatic ticket gate when using the ticket.
Only one person per ticket is allowed.
Once the ticket has been used, it is non-refundable even if the train is canceled.
An additional fee is required when using reserved-seat carriages.
Refunds will be made at the ticket office where the ticket was purchased or exchanged only if it is unused and within the validity period. （Refunds will be made at the counter where the ticket was purchased or exchanged, as long as it is within the validity period and unused.)
