Summer clothing
We recommend a layer style with one long sleeve over short sleeves.

It is expected that you will sweat a lot, so bring a lot of clothes and change them frequently.
Winter clothing
You can climb Mt. Kongo in winter, but the temperature gets quite cold.

When climbing Mt. Kongo, which is extremely cold, be aware that three layers of outerwear that protects you, heat-retaining intermediate clothing, water-absorbing clothing, and heat-retaining underwear.

It's hot while you're climbing, and if you keep sweating, your body will get cold, so be sure to bring short sleeves for changing clothes as you would in the summer.
