【Rapi:t】
Purchase from the following page.
Specify your seat on the Limited Express Rapi:t using your smartphone.
Scan the QR code displayed on your smartphone at the dedicated ticket gate to board the Limited Express Rapi:t.
To use the ticket, you need to specify the date and time of travel, the train, and the seat after purchasing this ticket.
Seat reservations can be made up to 5 minutes before the departure time from the boarding station.

【Tsutenkaku】
On the day of use, please come to the entrance gate on the basement floor of Tsutenkaku at the time specified by you during reservation.
Present the electronic voucher with the QR code at the entrance gate.

【Nankai Soba】
Show the ticket screen to the Nankai Soba staff.

【Rapi:t】
Valid for 30 days from the day after purchase.
(Seat selection is only available within the validity period.)
The ticket cannot be used until you specify the date and time of travel, the train, and the seat after purchasing the digital ticket.

【Tsutenkaku】
This ticket is only valid for the date specified by you.

【Nankai Soba】
This ticket is valid for 30 days from the day after purchase.

Cancellations or changes due to customer circumstances are not allowed.
Except for cancellations due to facility circumstances.

●Purchases and seat selections cannot be made during system maintenance from 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM Japan time.
●If you get off at an intermediate station, the used ticket cannot be reused.
●You can purchase up to 8 tickets each for arrivals and departures at Kansai Airport on the same day.
●If multiple tickets are purchased, you need to distribute the tickets to the mobile devices of other customers, except for the one ticket used by the purchaser.
●Please use the dedicated ticket gates where digital tickets are available. They cannot be used at stations or gates without dedicated ticket gates.
●Train changes can be made up to 5 minutes before the departure time of the boarding station for both the reserved limited express train and the changed limited express train. Train changes are limited to two times.
●Refunds will not be provided for operational disruptions after the start of use.
●If the ticket cannot be displayed due to loss, malfunction, or battery depletion of the mobile device, reissuance or refunds will not be available.

●When purchasing this ticket, please reserve your entry date and time for the observation deck.
●This ticket is only valid for the date specified by you.
●Operating hours may change or temporary closures may occur without notice. Please check the official website for details.

●The special outdoor observation deck may close without notice due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or dense fog.
●As the special outdoor observation deck requires ascending and descending stairs, those who are uncomfortable or unable to use stairs are advised not to enter.

●Bringing food, beverages, flammable materials, or other hazardous items is prohibited.
●Smoking is not allowed inside the tower, and there are no smoking areas.

●Additionally, entry may be denied if the operator deems it dangerous.
